lists of homes and you went through them and showed us homes
that were what we were looking for even if we would keep finding
homes that would not work for us you were able to tactfully get

Dear Scott,
Thank you so much for helping me and Kenny to
buy our new house. You have been such a GREAT help to us
and we can't thank you enough! You have gone beyond the
call of duty as a real estate agent in helping us to find a
house, to get our house closed and to make sure that we were
taken care of both before and after closing. You
chauffeured us around and helped us to look at over 13
houses in one day since we were only in town for one
weekend. Then, once we closed on a house, you took time out
of your busy schedule to help us tie up loose ends with the
builder and the pool people, to name a few, while we were

| My wife and I sold 1 house and bought
another using Scott as our realtor. We met Scott
while contemplating "For Sale by Owner". We called
Scott for a free home evaluation that we saw advertised
and he explained the pros and cons of what we were
considering. Afterwards we decided to give him a chance,
and it couldn't have been a better decision. He treated
us like friends, not just clients. Made time for us at
anytime we had questions, and dealt through about 150
times we changed our minds on where we wanted to move,
how much we wanted to spend, etc. I think that he
probably spent more money on gas than he made on both
houses. Just kiddin'. If you don't give Scott Schulte a
